- If you choose the automatic payment method MB Way, or Credit Card, and after validating and settling your order, you will receive an email from our website with the order data and that it is already in internal processing.
- In all cases where the payment is made, you will receive an email confirming the payment with the update of the order status for processing by our services (in the case of payment by means of automatic payment, only an email can be sent with all the data ).
- When the order is registered for dispatch with the carrier, you will receive an email that will indicate the guide number so that you can track your order on the carrier’s website.

9. Delivery and Transport
All deliveries are made to Mainland Portugal and Islands (Azores and Madeira). The virtual store rampadafalperra.pt only operates in mainland Portugal and the Portuguese islands. 9.1. Shipping costs

For orders equal to or greater than €100.00 for Mainland Portugal and €150.00 for the islands (Azores and Madeira) shipping will be free and offered by rampdafalperra.pt.
The customer must ensure availability for receiving the order on the day scheduled for delivery. Shipments to the Autonomous Regions are subject to additional transport costs.
In the online ordering process, the Customer, by indicating that he has become aware of our Terms and Conditions, declares that he is aware of these facts, thus committing himself to pay all expenses inherent to the shipment of the ordered and previously informed items.
10. Delivery times
The estimated time for delivery of the goods after dispatch is:
- Mainland Portugal – delivery within 24 working hours after dispatch*
- Autonomous Regions (Islands – Azores and Madeira) – delivery within 5 working days after dispatch*
*The time after dispatch is indicative and not binding as it is provided by third parties.
rampadafalperra.pt website only carries out shipments on working days, neither weekends nor holidays are taken into account to estimate the delivery of orders. Any delay in the shipment of items, compared to the estimated dates presented, does not give the right to compensation.
On the other hand, to the estimated time for dispatch, there is also the time for preparing the order and availability in the warehouse, as well as the transport that depends on the carrier and the destination of your order, and the customer will be informed of the day of dispatch.
Orders only begin to be prepared after payment has been received. In the case of Bank Transfer, the processing of orders only starts with the amount credited to the account – for which it is necessary to obtain proof of order with Ref.ª from the customer in order to validate it.

12. Exchanges and Returns

All costs inherent to the return will be borne by the customer.
13. Order cancellation

Rampa da Falperra reserves the right to cancel purchases in exceptional cases, such as:
- Data that do not match or absence of data. In this case, the user will be alerted so that he can make or change his data. In the absence of a response, the order will be cancelled.
All products are covered by the legal guarantee. As such, all products carry a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not apply to situations resulting from external causes, such as accidents, falls or misuse of the product.

In the current global context of the Covid-19 pandemic, Rampa da Falperra / Uebyou will not be able to guarantee that the tests that give rise to the events will be carried out, either within the announced deadlines or even if they are carried out, since the decisions of these are up to the authorities competent.

16. Litígios de Responsabilidade
